How Servitization Can Benefit Digital Signage Solutions

What is servitization?

The term servitization was first introduced in 1988 by authors Sandra Vandermerwe and Juan Rada, who claimed that manufacturers needed to differentiate from their competitors by offering services that add value to their physical products. Though the concept of developing additional services and solutions that supplement traditional product offerings has been around for generations, it is becoming increasingly important for manufacturers to focus on this area.

Allsee Technologies’ approach to servitization

Here at Allsee we recognise the value of offering additional services; both to our partners and their customers. We have always tried to find ways of maximise the value of our products by offering complimentary services and solutions, as well as helping partners to develop their service offering. Though we strive to provide the most comprehensive offering possible we also understand that there are areas that our partners specialise in that really add the most value to our products.

What additional services can Allsee offer?

For last minute orders we can also offer special express or morning delivery options*. We also carry out UK based quality control checks on every display before it leaves our warehouse.
