Digital Signage Celebrates Local Football: Allsee Backs Rubery Juniors
Rubery Juniors Under 11s have been building confidence on the pitch – and seeing their efforts celebrated on a big screen in Longbridge. At Allsee Technologies, we’re proud to support the team through training kit sponsorship and a message on the VieuPoint Community Canvas outside our Birmingham headquarters.
Our sponsorship began last season, when the players were competing at Under 10 level. It funded their summer training kits, including tops, shorts and socks, which they wear for their twice-weekly training sessions. Now playing as Under 11s, the team is developing together, with plenty to feel positive about.
Supporting Rubery Juniors continues Allsee’s history of backing local clubs. Being involved in the community matters to us, and helping young people enjoy sport is something we’re proud to be part of.
Growing in confidence, playing as a team
With their first season together behind them and new players joining the squad, Rubery Juniors have approached the new campaign with enthusiasm and determination.
Their early fixtures have brought valuable experience, and the coaches are seeing the work on the training ground come through in matches. Improving passing, stronger link-up play and a growing understanding between teammates have all featured in recent match reports.
An encouraging performance against Earlswood Town Whites secured a place in the Development Cup quarter-finals, followed by another strong showing away to Holly Lane United. Beyond the results, it’s the players’ teamwork, effort and willingness to learn that give the team so much to build on.
The quarter-final against FC Elite Academy will have to wait after a waterlogged pitch prevented play this past weekend, but there is plenty to look forward to as the season continues.
Putting local players in the spotlight
We also wanted to give the team a moment of recognition beyond the pitch.
Their team photograph and a message of support now feature on the VieuPoint Community Canvas, the outdoor digital signage display on the Allsee building in Longbridge. We’re continuing to show the message, giving players and their families opportunities to see it in person.
For the team, that recognition has made the sponsorship feel even more special. Players have visited the display, with goalkeeper George posing proudly for a photograph in front of the screen.

David Harris, goalkeeping coach for Rubery Juniors Under 11s, said:
“We are so grateful for the support we have received from Allsee, and the players, and parents, were over the moon to see the team up in lights on the VieuPoint display. It means a lot to the players to receive this recognition, and reflects the hard work and commitment they show on the pitch and in training every week.”
It’s a lovely example of how digital signage can celebrate the people who make a local community special. We’re proud to play a small part in the team’s journey and wish the players, coaches and families all the best for the rest of the season.
