How Our Supply Chain Relationships Deliver Real Value to Our Digital Signage Partners

At Allsee Technologies, we’ve always believed that the foundation of a truly reliable digital signage solution lies in the strength of the supply chain behind it. As both a digital signage manufacturer and solutions provider, we take an active role in every stage of our product development process.

This hands-on approach is made possible by the strong and long-standing relationships that we’ve built with our supply chain partners over the past 18 years, allowing us to go far beyond the industry standard when it comes to performance and reliability.

Going Beyond Specs

While developing our recently announced Android 14 system, we selected the RK3568 package from Rockchip – a high-performance chip specified to support 4K resolution at 60 frames per second. However, during our rigorous internal testing, we detected performance inconsistencies, including dropped frames that could compromise playback smoothness.

Unlike other manufacturers that might accept factory specifications for components at face value, our team took immediate action. We reached out to our partners at Rockchip, and our engineers collaborated directly with theirs to develop a firmware-level patch that eliminated the frame drops, ensuring consistent 4K playback. This breakthrough was only possible because of our established relationship and open communication channels with their engineering team.

Later this year, due to market demands and partner feedback, we will also increase the standard brightness of our indoor solutions from 450cd/m² to 800cd/m². This change involves much more than a brighter screen – it requires technical adjustments to backlight structures, diffusion layers, and thermal performance. Our development team worked closely with our various component suppliers to plan and test every layer of this upgrade. By managing the entire process and validating every element in-house, we’re able to deliver meaningful enhancements without compromising quality or reliability.

Affordability Without Compromise

We also recognise that advanced technology must remain accessible. While we continue to enhance our digital signage products with new features and performance upgrades, we’re equally committed to maintaining competitive price points that help our partners grow. This is made possible through careful supply chain management and a willingness to reduce our own margins when needed. By controlling every step of the process — from development to delivery — we’re able to provide real value without passing unnecessary costs onto you.

Why This Matters for You

Allsee occupies a unique position in the market. We’re large enough to manufacture high-quality solutions at a large scale and maintain direct relationships with global suppliers, yet small enough to remain committed to giving every component, project, and customer the attention they deserve. This allows us to deliver premium digital signage solutions that are not only innovative but also reliable, thoroughly tested, and tailored to your needs.

Every product we manufacture is personally verified by our expert development teams and backed by strong, long-term partnerships across our supply chain. We never rely solely on factory specifications – we test, validate, and refine until we’re confident the result meets our high standards as well as the standards of our partners and their clients.

Whether it’s testing processing chips, backlights, heat dissipation systems, or display performance; we make sure everything functions exactly as intended. Our quality control process is led by engineers who understand both the technology, but also the real-world requirements of your customers.

We’re proud to be the perfect balance of scale and attention to detail: big enough to lead, small enough to care.
